Q: How do I book a tour?

Click Book a Tour on any listing, pick a time, and confirm. You’ll receive an email/text with details and a calendar invite.

Q: Do you offer virtual tours?

Yes. Most listings include 3D walkthroughs, and we can host live video tours via Zoom/FaceTime on request.

Q: What documents do I need to apply?

Government ID, proof of income (last 2–3 pay stubs or offer letter), recent bank statement, and landlord/employer references.

Q: How long does approval take?

Typically 24–48 hours after we receive a complete application and screening fees. We’ll update you at each step.
